EchoSync VR provides access to immersive 360° video content for cultural and educational exploration. You may use our platform for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes only. Content must not be copied, modified, resold, or distributed without permission.

2. Account and Access

To access EchoSync VR content, you must sign up and create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service responsibly. Your account is personal and should not be shared with others.

3. Content Ownership

All videos, audio tours, images, text and other materials on the site are the property of EchoSync VR or its contributors. Use of the platform does not grant ownership or licensing rights beyond personal use.

4. Contributions

If you share content with us (such as 360° videos), you confirm that you have the rights to do so and give us permission to host and share it on the platform. Contributors will always be credited unless they request otherwise.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

EchoSync VR offers a three-month free trial. After this period, continued access is available for £3.50 per month. You can cancel at any time and will not be charged after cancellation.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to keep our services running smoothly, but we may occasionally need to pause or update content. We are not responsible for any temporary interruptions or access issues.

7. Liability

EchoSync VR is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
